FNL was a HUGE success this year. We had a ton of fun. Made new friends AND raised over 5 grand. WOWSER!
We had 292 players in 22 weeks. Averaging just shy of 14 players a week. We donated $292.00 to Brown's Farm and $292.00 to the Hawk. We gave away $1320.00 in extra prizes. We donated $2525.00 in cash and prizes to 13 different local tournaments. We paid out one ace for $200.00 bucks. (Brian Meldrum- at the hawk hole 10)
REMAINING FUNDS
We have $161.00 in our ace pool. AND we have $1143.00 in our land fund. We have a whack of plastic left and after all discs are sold that Land Fund will stand at $1500.
I do not have the energy to run an end of the year tourney this year but that will definitely be part of the FNL experience next year. I am already planning next years festivities and plan on a giant bumper year in 2014 for new golfers and even more fun.
