At Como Lake Park, there is a hill and field by where the parking lot is by the practice basket by the beginning of the course. The hill is used for sledding in the winter. In the field I found a set of red bricks as to show the red tee for a hole. On the blacktop of the parking lot there is two spray painted boxes to represent the blue and white tees. From what I gathered I think the target was to throw towards the hill. On the top of the hill I found blue bricks as to show for the blue tee for a hill. I went down the hill to the road in the direction it would have you throwing, I saw a part of the road spray painted O.B.. Next to that I found blue and white spray painted tees again, but I could not find any other clues about where the basket would of been or if there were anymore unused tees. I was trying to find something on the internet but couldn't find anything. I had heard that there used to be a league that would play before there were baskets and would basically use trees as targets. So my guess is that it either was from that or the baskets were taken out.
So the reason I am posting this is to ask if anyone knows of these and why they're there. I'm really curious of the history it since it's my local course and I go there all the time. If anyone knows any info, I'd be very happy if you'd explain it to me.
Thanks -Eric

These tees are from temporary extra holes added to the lighthouse tournament ran by Mark Kistner. The tournament was 2 weeks ago, and this was the 6th year he ran it.
